Hi, I've had dealings with CFO for about a year. In short due to a loss in income I couldn't afford to pay them back, and I was paying the debt off each month. In January I received an email offering a reduced settlement over a 4 month period. Which I accepted and paid. I made my final payment in April and had not heard anything from CFO. Until this week! They state that I still owe them £96 and there is no record of any reduced settlement/arrangement. I no longer have a copy of the email with the reduced settlement offer/arrangement, as I deleted it thinking I had paid my debt off. Any ideas what I should do please? I'm furious!
