Hello! I hope somebody can help me here. I found out that I have had a dual insured content insurance with Halifax and theAA for 3 years. Halifax was so kind to send me the dual insurance form which I forqwarded to teh AA. They returned it with missing information and after I sorted that, the AA tolds me that because of a claim I had in 2009 they will not pay the 50% for that year! I was wondering if this is notrmal as I do not think so. Also I was wondering if I can do anything about the fact that Halifax has 'sold' me teh insurance as part of a shared owbwership mortgage? is that 50% correct? Any help would be appreciated!
