the AA home emergency service is worthless, had a small leak in my bathroom last week, got my regular plummer to attend and replace the leaking stopcock, a couple of days later started leaking, noticed this on saturday, my plummber was not available, by sunday leak was much worse and coming through ceiling in kitchen and through the light fittings, called the AA who immediately said NOT COVERED, why? because you had you own plubber out last week, asked to speak to supervisor, said of course , put me through to a number that has no one to speak to other than normal office hours, may as well be flushing the premiums down the drain. will never trust the AA again.
