hi, its my first time too. i have been worried too because i have been told that they are doing "random further checks" on my renewal. although reading on the web it means that it has been passed to the compliance officer - which worries me sick! i too havent updated my childcare arrangements and so will be in trouble when they see this! have you heard anything from them yet since your post on the 17th june and subsequent telephone call??
