Hi all. I have done a google search on the issue of PCNs in Eden Street as I have just recieved one. I came across this thread and I was wondering how I go about trying to cancel the PCN as it is totally out of order. I would be very grateful if the people who have successfully had their PCNs cancelled could let me know the basis of their appeal. I look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks.
