  1. hi here is wat i signed for it states,i agrees to stand as a guarantor under the above mentioned tenancy agreement and any subsequent renewals fot the above named tenant and hereby acknowledges that in the event that the tenant shall fail to pay the rent as due or any other charges or monies whatsoever due under the terms of the tenancy or that there shall be on the part of the tenant any breach of the covenants therefore i above mentioned shall be fully liable to discharge any such monies and to fulfil any such duties and make good any such breaches of covenants as may arise on the part of the tenant at any time during or upon expiry of the tenancy above mentioned.the date i sigend was 13.6.09,.thankyou if u could help with this.

  3. Hi, there, I am a guarantor for my daughters rented property, she had a year contract, which has now expired a year ago and she is still living there, Am I still liable as a guarantor for the time she had no contract? Many thanks.
