hi, had a phone calls from fredricksons yesterday about my cap one acount. i lost my job at xmas so no payment has been made since then. the citizens advice are in the process of writing to all my creditors to make offers of token payments. fredricksons said that they would hold my account for 30 days until they receive this letter. today i recieved a letter from bryan carter, the usual speel, 14 days to pay or further proceedings etc....should i ignore this letter or reply? as i already spoken to fredricksons after they had sent this letter? the debt is 300 by the way.

the only sar template i can find is the one for bank charges. can i use this one or is there another one out there for non banking related issues?

hi im having problems with reliable collections about a mail order catalogue. while i dont dispute i owe them money, i think the charges that they are piling onto my accout is a bit heavy. my balance now stands at nearly 400 when the goods i bought didnt even come to 150. i have made payments although not recently and i reckon ive probably given them about 100 altogether, although this was before reliable got involved. can i do anything about these charges? i am going to send reliable/jacamo a second telephone harrassment letter each today anything else i should include? cheers.

just had a fourth call, this time from a collections agency. to tell me how urgent it is and how i need to make a payment today. its laughable. and for such a small amount too????? citizens b thanks for the letter ill get that posted, and yes they do phone on sundays usually before 10 am too!!!

just now in the last phone call, thats whats got me so annoyed. i have no means to record the phonecalls although in my letters i have told them that im going to. they call to say that they have a 'manager who wants to speak to you' and when you say youre only prepared to communicate in writing they then say that they cant log it so i still have to be put through to this manager. its pathetic. ive started hanging up so when i challenged the last one with the call volumes thats when i was told its because im refusing to be put through. i think that they are playing games personally, its funny how this started sunday when i posted them my letter last thurs.

i sent a no telphone calls template letter to a creditor (jacamo/dw williams) last week. since then the telephone calls have gone from daily to 3 per day. what can i do? i sent a second letter off today recorded delivery and have a log of the dates they called this month 13 since june 1st (its only the 15th). but like i said this week they seem to have stepped it up a gear with three calls in the last 2 hours. they said that if i refuse to speak they will just ring until i do. any advice?
