Hey all. Im new to this so forgive me if details are vague... Basically my GF bought an iphone 2 years ago from one of the large phone companies. At the time she was unaware that insurance had been taken out, she only found this out a few months down the line while checking her bank account. In the end she just left the insurance on and did nothing about it thinking that if anything happened to the phone then at least it would be insured. Anyway 2 years along and having paid £45 a month on the phone contract and £7.99 a month on insurance she lost her phone on a night out. We called the insurance company they put through the claim, mentioning nothing about not being covered for accidental loss, making her wait 3 days and then after her calling this morning they said that loss wasnt covered on her insurance. So after havin paid £7.99 a month for 2 years they wont even replace a standard loss!! Any Ideas or help would be gratefully appreciated. Thanks.
