Hi! I'm new to this site and looking forward to sharing experiences with you. To give some background to this quiery, I helped my parents get their money back a few years ago. Skip forward another couple of years and i've recently learnt that since then the bank is up to their old tricks. MY parents have had quite a few charges for going overdrawn (unauthorised) and they've racked up quite a few pounds in charges. When my father questioned the bank about this the manager said they won so they can do it. Question is, is that true? Is there anything we can do to get their money back?
