I honestly think bad data is a bigger problem than they let on. Its so damaging as well. In my opinion they should suffer some form of litigation to get themselves in gear. All issues affect the consumer not them! they still get their bureau fees from the lenders irrespective of whether the consumers data is of bad or good quality. Try and get the costs refunded as a minimum. threaten legal action (obvioulsy you will have to back this up + also write to the data protection officer). The credit expert thing is a con as well - £8 pe rmonth for your data!!!! shocking the only thing it does is give you an idea of how your crdit file is interpretted by lenders, and there are some free apps that can do that. If you have an iphone i found icreditscore to be really helpful, you can take data off your credit file and it gives you a score and tells you where you would probably lose points and its free!if you choose any litigtion good luck!!!
