Regarding out Time share refund..I have email the company with no answer:Dear Mark, We have been expecting your call from more than a week as we have requested that from your office telling us that you are very busy to return our call.We need to talk asap as we feel that is the only way to move forward as Gary promised us the cancelation of the contract on the 29 April for an administration fee of $50, as how he put it 'we don't want any unhappy customers' and 'our reputation is everything for the new business'.Now as your legal department (with no name reference) put it, it is no longer applicable .As for the affiliates and stakeholders, from who we to this day not had a document, or registration Id (rci). We contacted them and they have no record of registration.We have the feeling that you are trying to stall the contact with us so we will be breaching our contract on the 4 June when we fail to deliver the balance. So our first request is to push back that date by 28 days, until we can clarify things.We would appreciate some advise please...

When we were on Holiday in bali,on the last day we got into this timeshare,holiday club presentation,where the sales rep promised a load of things which sounded great,if we signed up straight away...after two hours of presentation i got carried away and signed this contract and paid £1700which i come to regret that same evening.We had a meeting with the guy the next day who ensured us we could cancel the agreement and get a refund The things hings he sold us in the presentation,actually don't exist,nor are written in the contract.Out of the holiday resorts we bought into,1 only exists now(8 villas)and two resorts are off plan,which hasn't even started construction yet.Rci have no record of my membership yet and we are getting correspondence from them from a yahoo address...There is a investigation by the creditcard company already,but as i signed the agreement and authorised the transaction,they dont think they can do anything to recall the payment,unless i find something on the company.Any advise please will be very wellcome as they dont want to refund our moneyClaudio
