hi Was wondering does anyone know if you can change your mine about taking vol redundancy before the second Consulation? thanks dream ps Was also wondering if the company in making staff redundant the staff they keeping do they have to offer them the same job. ie if it has 6 employees and wants to cut the size down to 4 so want to make 2 redundant. Do the other 4 have to be offered the same contract ie same hours and money? or can the hourly rate be different to each employee offered the same contract?
