To give an idea of the situation. I opened a business account with natwest march 2010. This was a start up catering business, and did not start till august. I was involved in an accident shortly after and now can't work and am on esa. They have since then kindly charged me £1390 in charges which i can do nothing about and these are increasing each month. In jan 2011 the charges were £525 for 1 month!!!!!! I have written to them on several occassions re the charges and they say no refund, now they want the business account cleared of £899 overdrawn with no overdraft limit which consists of their charges or i would be in credit. What can i do? I simply refuse to roll over, so how can i proceed. any help is much appreciated. Thanks
