i have used santander online bill pay the ref number is right,the debt is with natwest personal loan,i have proof i have sent them £10,when i get home later i will scan there letter in blocking my details,these clowns keep phoning but take god for call blocker app on iphones.

Hi AllCan some one please help me i been paying these clowns £10 a month for debt off £8000 its all i can afford at the minute,i have been using online service to pay them but they say i have not sent them any thing.Now im having letters saying they will come my house,yesterday i got letter breaking down the court fee's i will be charged if i dont contact theem by 24th june,can some one please help or point me to draft letter to send them back.Many Thanks

cards are 2 years old passed to triton bout year now,get phone calls from them saying they will take me court if i dont pay what they want wont accept my offers which i would never miss payment if they did,is there draft letter some were i can print off and send to them with my offer off standing order

will they take me to court or are they just trying make me pay up

hi every one i have company called triton pushing me for money i dont have two credit cards that natwest passed onto them one for £1600 the other £2500 every time they ring they wont accept my offer and hang phone up on me,i have had letter few days ago to say that i will be taken to cout which i dont want i can afford pay them £20 a month but they want £90,any advice has i cant speak to them on the phone cause there just a bunch off pr****.Please help i dont want them contact my work or family

I paid moorcroft online (Santander Billpay) so i have trace off payments if they every did come to my door.

triton £2650 triton £1600 moorcroft £8k c.a.r.s £900 lewis group £742 two off them are store cards which are happy to take £10 a month. triton dept was two credit cadrs which were with natwest with i pay £90 a month for both. moorcroft was personal loan with natwest

i been sending them £10 a week but they say they have no record off it for the last 5 weeks

Hi i signed up for some advice from you guy's In my younger day's i went bit mad and got myself into some debt with 5 companys now 4 of them are been paid every month £40 each but i owe moorcorft £8k they keep pushing me for £145 a month which i just cant afford or it will affect my other depts when i have been paying them on time, i have missed 4 pay ments with moorcroft now they keep phoning me saying i have to pay today or they will send bailifs round, im doing my best to pay my dept off but moorcroft dont seem to be helping the matther i dont get paid much and i have to travel 88 miles aday to work which dont leave me with much spare cash, can any one give me some advice has these people are really starting to worry me that im going to come home and they'll be on my door step, thanks for help giving
