Hi i'm having exactly the same problem with Barclays - filled out my AQ form and posted it straight back to the court it was transferred to - now over a month ago and now havn't heard anything yet?..... is it true that if they don't respond by a particular number of set days then you win by default, i think i may have read this somewhere but not sure what to do next??......... £1,200 claimed back from halifax and £357 from the alliance & leicster (although recieved a letter last week to say they are closing my account!! - oh well it was worth it!)

Hi, Finally - after 3 letters I recieved a letter today from the Halifax to say that they would offer me £150.00 as a good will gesture from the £1,090 i am trying to claim back...so i presume i just ignore this now? obviously i wish to take this further and go ahead with the court forms as i stated in the letter...BUT..i am not sure what to do first, i've looked in the libary and have seen the n1 form, do i just fill this in?, where do i send it..help! i don't want to mess it it up at this stage! any help would be appreciated !
