Hi Just discovered the forum and having browsed, I am hopeful there are posters who can provide a definitive answer/response to this query My limited company ceased trading in November 2010. My wife and myself personally guaranteed the 25K business overdraft provided by RBS to the company initially in 2003. We personally signed this guarantee in 2003, 2004, 2005 and perhaps 2006 after our annual review in January of each of these years. However, we have not met with RBS re this overdraft and have not been asked to sign a new agreement for 5 years! Is the personal guarantee still valid and/or enforceable? Many thanks in advance. Bob
