from what i have read i understand that you are just waiting for the court day but have Lloyds TSB pay you in full yet ? good luck if they haven't anyway.

sorry i was looking around and must have done somthing for this question to be put here, but i like the sense on humor about the house being put on a double yellow ha ha -
Me and my wife have a mortgage with the halifax and have had quite a lot of charges within the last 6 years (i don't know how much yet), can we still get the charges back on mortgage accounts or can you only get them on current account's if anyone knows please let me know thanks carl.
