Hi I'm looking into having my council tax banding reviewed, I am currently a Band D but have checked my neighbours and they are all a Band C. I thought this would be a clear cut case of being in the wrong band, but I have just checked the property values for Band D which in 1991 were £68000 and above, my house sold for £68000.00 in 1995. Does anyone know if i fall into category C, as i'm hoping Band D starts from £68001.00. Please help Thanks
