  1. Just a quick update - after many chasing emails and another recorded delivery letter I finally received a FULL refund (by cheque) they didn't even take the admin fee - so keep on at them you will get your money back in the end

I am new to this site, but have just had dealings with Eze Loans, I completed the application form online on Thursday night (7th April) and they took the payment from my bank on Friday (8th April). I have been in email contact with them on and off all day today and finally after quoting their "14 day cooling off period" they sent me a reference number and details of how to get my money back (see below). PLEASE DO NOT BE FOBBED OFF BY THEM - THEY WILL QUOTE THEIR TERMS & CONDITIONS TO YOU - JUST QUOTE THEM BACK!!!! To confirm your cancellation and to obtain a refund of the membership fee you will need to write to Customer Services, Ezeloans.net, 88 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7RS as per the terms and conditions you agreed to when you signed up: 4.2 Under the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004 you have a right to cancel your application within 14 days of receiving these terms and conditions and receive a refund. If You wish to cancel your application, You must write to us confirming your request to cancel your application, either in writing to: Customer Services, Ezeloans.net, 88 Wood Street, London, EC2V 7RS.
