Nope its just a final bill no record of any calls

after having a victory against Lowell on an old bank debt there now chasing a debt i don remember Its for a T-Mobile account that was started in 2002 and defaulted in oct 2006 last payment was apparently Feb 2006 I have started off by sending a CCA off to Red and am currently awaiting a reply, but i know what thy will be saying as from reading this site the agreement is not covered under the credit act What i find a bit unclear is what i do when i receive there reply I dont actually remember ever having this account with T-mobile Any help would really be appreciated Many thanks

its due to drop off next year on the 6 year rule but is it any different if they have agreed to wright the debt off?

Have paid them about 1500 so will take it as a learning curve, as they say knowledge is power

Hi all Just wantred to give you an update after receiving 3 loetter saying they are waiting for copies of statements as the debt didnt need a Credit agreement they have finally sent me know saying the are willing to right off my debt Thank you all you have saved me £4000
