as i said in my first request, that in my past addreses i was not registered with council tax departemet . on the first address my other friends wher registered as student and thats why i was hidden behind their names, and in second place i have intentionally rented a flat on my friends name as he was student and again exempt from tax. so in both cases my recored is not there. but both properties in that tenure were exempted by students and if i mentioned these addresses ...they may come to know that they dont have any concil tax recored on my name ? please guide ..

I would rather pay my outstanding , but unfortunatly now it is imposable for me as i did not decleared myself for the last 05 years and at this point if i do, its gona be thousand of pounds. thats why i wanted to strated from now onword. but first wanrted to make sure that if i apply for council house no outstanding will will come out ...so can you please guide me further ...i will appriciate your responce and help.

Hello All, i was living as a private tenant in Bedfordshire with some students for 03 years and did nor registered in council and paid no council tax, and then two years in Hertfordshire and paid no council tax as i have made a tenancy agreement through one of my student friend to avoid paying council tax . (for whole that 05 years i was not entitle for council house) but now i am entitle to apply for council house, but the problem is that in the application form for council house , they asking me my last 05 years addresses and i am worried that by giving them my previous addresses , will they traced that i did not paid council tax in these addresses in the last 05 years ? Please help...
