Hi HB, yes this is what happened to me. I booked the train ticket on line(to and fro) and when i saw summary seet with a print option on the right han corner assumed it to be same like megabus or ntional expres bus ticket. But this is what happened... Which areas d you want me to explain more? thanks.

Hi All, I travelled from london to leeds on 21st mach 2011 and my towards journey was on 18th of march from leeds to london. While booking my ticket i selected the option print at home ticket. Hence i have summary sheet which has a print option on that page. I carried that for my journey.that particular copy has refference number etc. This is the first time i am using this option (i.e. print at home). I was given an unpaid fare notice after all explanation to train Gaurd that I will show my debit card with which i booked the ticket and verify the booking ref number from this printout etc.. was issue 119.50 pounds. I think if he wishes it is really easy for the garud to chec the seat number if on the summary i produced to cross heck with other passegers.. I sent the printout of my bank statement,unpaid fare notice, ticket printout i carried during my journey and actual prntout ticket which i managed it to print after reaching home. I didn't hear back from them. I didn't realize that i will have to sent the check wth the original unpaidfare notice. today is 9th day. I wanted to pay the amount but not sure how to pay it. Can anyopne who see my post help me please............ after paying 40 pounds for this journey i will have to pay this 120 ............ I tried calling to customer relations but they said its not their job..............
