Capital One is the main set of bully boys...

Hi everyone I have agreements with credit card issuers to pay a small amount each month. However, it seems that since I have not continued to use Citizens Advice Service (as they are very busy) I am being continuously phoned and written to threatening doorstep recovery and court orders........help! Do I continue to make agreed payments and ignore the phone calls (which is what I have been doing) or phone them and try to get them to accept the agreed amount - although it was agreed 18months ago - my circumstances haven't improved and cost of living is still rising....depressed and frustrated.....
