Cheque cleared for £1528 ( £1408 charges + £120 court costs ) from A&L, accepted offer rather than pursue for interest. Have now received a defence from Lloyds TSB and questionaire to complete before the 21/01/07. Is this Lloyds just delaying the inevitable or have they ever appeared in court? Have requested another list of charges they have continued to add onto my overdraft, do they not realise I would not have pursued them if they hadn't tried to charge me £175 ( 5 charges ) for 1 computer generated letter? They deserve all that is coming to them!
