  1. Thanks for the reply - I will check the order but I don't think it did have a time limit as such. I feared the answer might be that, and I missed the chance to have the order lifted when the arrears had been cleared last year.
  2. Can anyone help me in connection with a suspended possession order. I have a nasty second charge with one of the worst lenders (I won't name them...yet) and they got a suspended possession order against me in 2008 which mentioned an arrears figure of £x. I paid all those arrears off, completely, in 2009. In 2010, I got behind again. Do the "new" arrears fall under the 2008 order - so the lender can enforce without getting a new order? Or does the lender need to go back to court and start the court process again? I would be grateful if anyone knows the answer.
  3. I have also got problems with Swift and would love to hear from anyone who has been successful in making a claim against them. Has anyone actually received a repayment of undisclosed commissions? Has anyone actually received a refund of Swift's arrears charges or fees? What is the best line of attack????
