Hi all I'm new to this so please bear with me My tenant has today given me a months notice, 5 months into a 12 month tenancy agreement. Obviously I can't make them stay in the house but just wondered if there is anything I can do re compensation from them for the next 7 months rent Any advice would be very welcome Cheers
