It never went to Committee.

Approval was given for a monster extension on next door house in April 2009, despite many objections. Building not yet started. Recently discovered that planning case officer was disciplined and demoted last year for building his own house extension without planning permission (!). Although council have now agreed to "look" at the plans again, planning permission will almost certainly not be withdrawn. Do we have a legal case against the council for incompetence or is this too tenuous ?
