I am really having a rough 2011, its like i am stuck with bad luck and drama. Well in July 2010 i signed up to a AAT level 2 course with Home Learning college, The Salesman came over to my parents house and persuade me that this course would bring me prestigious title and earning, all the sweet talk that filled my head with happiness then and he said I quote "You should feel free to cancel the course if it is not the right one for you" and he did not mention a time limit. I called the customer service nine days later stating i did not want the course because i could not get help with the teacher, he could not explain to me how to do my work AND my local college offers the course for FREE since i was only 20 years young. She then changed her tone from a sweet one to a "i do not give a damn" tone that i could not change the course because its a legal binding contract. I informed her that their "salesman" told me i could ring in at any time to cancel, she then explained that i only had 5 days to change my mind and it was too late. I busted into tears because i had no job nor interest in the course i will be paying £1760 for. Please i am desperate and frustrated. Could anyone please advice me on what to do next because they have passed me on to a DCA called clarity, who keeps texting and calling and demanding payments by post... I do not know what to do next, so please help me.
