Yes two other credit cards what I am paying off in an agreement. Yes they are the creditors. I am also going to enquire if the credit card can be enforced because i no alot cant be. Why ask if they were the creditors?

I offered to pay back the money in full , but the judged said no your bankrupt. I have £90.000 equity in my home and apparenty dur to trustees bill am going to lose everything. Can anyone help? my partner has been made bankrupt for the sum of a credit card nonpayment for £4000. he recieved no information about the card for over two years then hit with this. He offered to repay the dept the the judged just said no your bankrupt. Can anyone help me as I dont no if the credit card loan was even legal and going to lose everything. PLEASE HELP B
