yes but not with me because i work away thats the point of moving house so after working away for 5 years i can be with my family after work not just a day and a half a week

Hi i am glad i came across this website now.I have a secured loan with swift for £13000 which i got through e-loans the broker's back in 2007.the problem i have now is when i set this up i told them that i will be moving house in about 4 years because of work and can i transfer the loan from one house on to the new one like i am doing with my mortgage through rbs.I have sold my house and have just got enough money together to move so when i rang swift today to tell them they are now telling me that i cannot do this that i have to pay them of.The first person i spoke to told me no one does this so i have now made a complaint and have told them no move means no money to pay any body back anything.Can anybody help me because i need to no by tomorrow evening because this will leave me their money short and i am about to sign my contract which will leave me homeless and out of work.One thing i will add is when i signed up to the loan i was lead to belive it was a mortage so moving would not be a problem Thanks for any help
