I got a loan for them for £220, i now owe £675, i have emailed them this morning trying to offer a full and final payemnt offer of £600, and have heard nothing from them, do you think they are likley to accept this, these guys really play hard ball....

Hi all, First time poster here... I have been reading all the blogs about minicredit and the problems people are having with them, I took out a payday loan with these guys at the beginning of october. At the end of November I entered in to a debt management plan, all of my other creditors have agreed to suspend the accounts and recognised the debt management plan, however Minicredit have refused to accept this, the past month has been back and forth they have now written to me with a threat of court action and ccj's, now i know in another thread someone has said they have been written to with a court summons which I am sorry to hear about. My questions is has ANYBODY ever had a debt management plan accepted by mini credit or do they always persue through courts? Thanks in advance and good luck to anybody in a similar situation Jamie
