i too have made the exact same mistake, i went to the bank and changed my card details and they refunded my money but i recieved a letter a few days ago sayin theyd spoke to no worries and that i did authorise the payment, when i never! so today 20-12-10 the bank have taken the 79.95 out of my bank and im certain im over drawn now which is so annoying!! all i want is my money back but i dont no how, ive read the rest of the stories but it seems pointless to write in if im not goin to get my money back,?? help someone
