Hi, have just been reading your thread regarding Hillside Messengers. I to received a letter from them today the only problem was they had addressed it to my very young cuz who has never even lived with me. I thought that i would look them up before calling the number and boy am i glad i did as i was directed to your site. Does anyone know where i can take this letter from Hillside and make a complaint? As my cuz is only 9 years old and to my knowledge has no debts. Many thanks.
