Hi there. I got my latest Electricity and Gas bill on the 3rd Dec although it's dated the 1st. I've just today recieved a 'Notice of Disconnection' in big scary red writing for both separate gas and electricity bills. That's 12 days after issuing the bill in the first place and is only about 6 or 7 working days. Now I know they're not going to disconnect us but surely that's acting way too fast? Are they allowed to use these scare tactics willynilly?
