Hehehe, I'm in Birmingham, so I guess I'm both

Hmmm, am I in the Midlands, or Central England?

Thanks for that - I'll give it a go

On a side note on friday we recieved a letter which in summary said because we had sued them if we incur anymore charges they will close the account on us withing 30 days.
So if there are no more charges, the account stays open?
This is what I am most worried about, as I have an awful credit history and am finding it very hard to open a new bank account :?
I appreciate that all cases are different

Hi
I'm another recruit via Martin's email and you may have some idea of how surprised and relieved I am that I may be able to recoup my charges. I have a vague idea of how much I can claim - over £2000 for 2 accounts in under 2 years , but I don't have every single statement and if there's a chance there are more charges, I need to find them!!
So, I am going to the Post Office with my 2 DPA letters, to be sent SD today... wish me luck :?

Hi Dave
We are in the same situation - one month we had over £400 Went to talk to the bank on Friday, but, surprise surprise, they can't help us
Then, this morning, I received my weekly Moneysaving Expert email and read the article about reclaiming, so here I am!!
I wish us both luck......
