So if there are no more charges, the account stays open? This is what I am most worried about, as I have an awful credit history and am finding it very hard to open a new bank account :? I appreciate that all cases are different

I have a vague idea of how much I can claim - over £2000 for 2 accounts in under 2 years , but I don't have every single statement and if there's a chance there are more charges, I need to find them!! So, I am going to the Post Office with my 2 DPA letters, to be sent SD today... wish me luck :?

Hi Dave We are in the same situation - one month we had over £400 Went to talk to the bank on Friday, but, surprise surprise, they can't help us Then, this morning, I received my weekly Moneysaving Expert email and read the article about reclaiming, so here I am!! I wish us both luck...... K
