the card is about 10 yrs old have tried talking to them again and all they say is they will keep adding charges to my account

please help i have a pilot card with creation that the intrest is just getting higher and higher and the overlimit fees are adding up and have taken my account over its limit so evem more fees are being applied i need help what is the best thing for me to do i have been paying 100.00 a month for the last 6 months but am still over the limit with there added charges
