Hope this is the correct forum. I dont want to go into all the details about why my neighbour wants to take me to court, basically she says i am parking on her land. I have had 2 letters from her solicitor threatening me with "legal action" & "we will obtain an injuction" Can someone tell me at what point i could possibly end up paying her legal/solicitors costs. I have replied to both letters informing them that i was unaware i was doing anything wrong as i have been parking on the land for 12 years. So if a summons/injunction/whatever arrives in the post tomorrow will i have to appear in court and be faced with all her legal costs?? advice please arthur

I have been parking on an area of land next to my house for over 12 years. I have maintained this land for the 12+ years Now my neighbour has told me on Sunday that it is her land, and hasbeen for25 years, and has asked me to park elsewhere. Today i have recieved a letter from her solicitor telling me if i dont stop parking my car there that she will apply for a court injunction. I was unaware anyone owned this land, indeed the previous owners of my house parked there for 8 years. First post hope this is the most suitable forum advice PLEASE Arthur
