hi i am really not sure how to find out if i am doing this right as i am not very good with a computer but what i would like to no is that i have sent a company a request for my credit agreement and sent them a £1.00 pound postal order with a 12 day + 2day reply but they have not received a reply could u advise me what to do they received it 27 th friday of june 2014 and they haven't its 22 /07/2014 do have to send them another letter they haven't even sent my postal order back either please can u add vise me many thanks dave
