Thanx for the info. I sent Prelim to the address at the top of the letter i received with the statement of charges list, you'd think that would be correct but no. letter came back returned by Royal mail "marked address gone away" this was the Swallow House address, PO Box 139, Birmingham, So Ill send it again, but to the Coleman House address instead. Think theyve give me outdated letter headed paper on purpose? -
Hi there sorry about delay I have on 20/Aug posted my first Letter to LloydTsb Customer sevices a request for a list of all the charges I have paid to them, still awaiting a reply wondering where they will even bother, any tips would be welocome .all yors Paul Hogg

Hi everyone, I have again just recently been charged OD fees from Lloyds TSB of £30 because if the payment I made online to pay my monthly credit card of £37 had gone throught I would have been £5 odd in the red even though there's supposed to be a ten buffer. They must owe me just over a £1000 over the last 6 years. I spoke to the bank manager about this he couldn't help of course. These charges have caused me problems. Im determind to take action. Is there a charge to pay to the small claims court? How much?
