  1. The pcn was issued by parking enforcement officer in Fulham (it is a council pcn). This bay allows vouchers and I bought one and it was displayed correctly. The problem is the bay is for residents only between 2pm and 6 pm (I parked around 2:20pm) which I misread - so this pcn is on one hand fair. What is not fair is the fact that the parking machines keep selling vouchers between 2pm and 6 pm that means during the time only residents are allowed to stay in those bays. K.
  2. Hi, Yesterday I received a council PCN because I parked my car in a parking place available at the time of my staying there to residence permit owners only (8am-2pm voucher, 2pm-6pm residence permit holders only, 6pm-8pm voucher). It is fair enough - I should have looked up the signs, but on the other hand I'm really ****ed off because the parking machine actually sells vouchers during the "resident permit only" hours (I payed 3 pounds and bought the voucher after 2 pm) instead of printing out a warning like "you cannot park here now". This in my opinion is simply not fair and should be handled by the software installed on the parking machines! What do you suggest I should do with that? Should I challenge the PCN and at least request my 3 pounds back? Thanx in advance! K.
  3. Hi all, I received a PCN yesterday but they swapped two letters of my reg plate, so technically this is not my bike being described in the PCN. Sure they might have taken pics and there will be no doubt then, but anyway is there a chance I can avoid paying the charge in that case? Thanx in advance for your replies! Krzysztof
