Sorry my Home is worth 300K not 80K. -
I have 2 limited companies both with bank accounts at the same bank. I took out an 80k loan 18 months ago with a PG on company 1. Unfortunately I have been advised to liquidate the company or risk insolvent trading. I can maintain the payments with company 2 and my property has no mortgage and is worth 80K. If i approach the bank is it possible to move it onto company 2 or will i have to pay it off?
