I'm also having so many problems with eBay and trying to sort out my shop. Basically i want to link my new business account to my personal account so that I can remove the selling restriction (i'm selling Apple products, laptops etc). I have tried all the ways under the sun and i'm getting nowhere with them. I asked for refund for my shop fees (as I can't use it properly) and all they keep saying is to close my shop.... I've sent their CEO an email, but not got anything so i've created a group on Facebook called eBay Customer Service Worst in the World where I am posting all my emails to them and their responses. Check them out and post some of your examples on there as well.
