Hi me again just to say i have read lots of threads regarding ldk tickets & all of what they do to scare the supposed offender in to paying up i do however keep coming back to the fact that i was parked in a loading bay all be it not to clearly marked out as it was raining & i did'nt see the wording on the tarmac + no sign post also i did write to ldk giving my full name & address kind of stating that i was the driver at the time....does these facts give them the firing power to get me in to court?????? PLEASE ADVISE.... Thanks again...

Thanks crem... Could these robbers find out where i work & send a bill to them?????? It states on there letter i was illegally parked (i was in a loading bay) & that i consented to being issued a PCN (THE HELL I DID) also that there are several CLEARLY displayed warning signs around the c/park but unless you stop & get out of your vehicle as you enter or park up in a bay & go right up to these blue signs with minute writing on them they are impossible to read... It also states that the charge is agreed between ldk & the landowner & is enforceable under the law of contract (what contract are they meaning)??????? Oh i get it now its my contract as by implication ive entered into it with LDK (NOT) They also mention THERE debt collectors & say they can issue court proceedings without any further warning & photos maybe sent....carnt i see these photos????? CAN THESE **** TAKE THIS TO COURT WITH ME BEEN IN A LOADING BAY because theres no way i could pay crazy fines!!!!!!!!!!! thanks for the support should i realy just ignore there next letters

Hi crem i guess an LDK employee issued the ticket but i didnt see the person put it there.. it just say PARKING CHARGE on the ticket i dont no what PPC is? At the bottom of the ticket it say all payments/appeals should be sent to LDK SECURITY GROUP LTD @ MILTON KEYNES Thanks...

RE PARKING CHARGE (OBSTRUCTIVE PARKING) at MAINGATE TVTE issued by LDK Hi all this is my 1st visit to site & i was wondering if you could help me out with this ticket problem I was parked in a loading bay (did not no this at the time) while i ran 10yds to a sarrny shop i was only 10mins tops had to run back to my works van as it was raining & i was carrying hot food jumped in my van drove away put wipers on then noticed what turned out to be there ticket stuck around wiper blade,after reading the ticket i then noticed the time of issue which is 12.45pm which i thought a bit strange as id already left the carpark by then & as id got a receipt which has the time i was served at 12.25am plus lets say 1min max to get to van + 4mins max to drive off only takes me to 12.30am.. There is those small blue signs dotted around but you carnt read them unless you go right up to them also it only has loadindg painted on the road surface but no sign as i went there today to check i also noticed on there sign today that it states a fine of £90 reduced to £45 but on my ticket it states £90 reduced to £60 why is this????? date of offence 1\10\10 Grrrrrr i no b4 im told ive done wrong but i didnt think....i sent a letter of appeal stating i would not have been there at the time of issue with a copy of there ticket + a copy of my receipt with my name & home address to which they quickly replied with a formal notice of rejection...i only have 4 more days left topay at reduced rate HELP should i pay up or just ignore them, also in my letter to them i asked for photographic evidence to which they say in there letter would only appear in court...AM I NOT ALLOWED TO SEE THESE PHOTOS B4 PAYING UP????????
