Thanks for the reply. Yes I have a high apr credit card that is paid every month and also a loan that is paid on time, mobile phone & sky tv. My credit score is borderline between poor and fair on experian so I'm hoping that when the default clears it will show as fair to good if I keep up with current payments etc -
Hi All Can anyone offer their experience of becoming clear of defaults after the 6 year drop off with regard to there credit score please. I have a default that clears in Feb 2011, will my credit score improve dramatically once this is clear or does it just mean that I can build my score more rapidly as there is no default present. I have no other detrimental info on report. Thanks RC
