Just got the claim form, response pack and notes. N9B,N9A,N1CPC and N9CPC.

Its the court papers i have sent the reply back via the internet saying that i intend to defend the claim.

I have just received a ccj from Bryan carter over a debt that i owe to Kays catalogue. I have tried to explain that the amount that is owed is not correct as i sent back an expensive camera that was never crdited to me account. The first debt collection firm asked me for the proof of posting which i sent them but never heard from them again. However they never amended the debt or sent me back the proof of posting. It has been that long and i have moved house since then and cant find out who this company was. The only thing i do know is that the amount of money they are saying i owe is wrong. Can anyone help please.
