  9. Hi Everyone Just wanted to let you know that I managed to reclaim my full credit card charges from the Natwest and I hope that you all are able to do the same. I claimed £180 including interest. This I had to do by sending three letters requesting statements in order that I could calculate the interest and after much argument with the data protection officer they conceeded especially after I reminded them of the data protection act and how they had missed the forty day limit to respond. After receiving the statements I submitted my LBA and awaited a response, they declined at this point to comment further and after a few further phone calls and correspondence in which I advised that I was a credit controller and would not hesitate to proceed to court if they didn't respond ASAP. A few days later they sent a cheque for the full amount along with a letter which insisted they had acted correctly in charging me this amount in the first place! Total claimed £180 Total Won £180 Keep going everyone and don't be afraid to take the matter further to get the money they wrongly took off you
  10. I have recently sent off the letter before action requesting that Cap one refund the full amount of £540 plus £115 interest charges. Cap One have responded stating that they will settle for £240, should I accept this or continue for the full amount?
