Hi all ,great forum,spend loads of time reading but cannot decide which way to go with my credit card debts? Either do a iva (which i assume is relatively easy) or Fight against the enforcibility of my pre 97 cca's(mbna have alredy sent me a letter from my sar saying they dont have an agreement)to get a ffs My heart says fight(i hate banks due to them increasing my interest rates for no reason) but is it worth the fight,I need to decide as the debts are really affecting myself and wife.
