no effort at all, with moneyclaim afterall i won the court case why should i have let him get away with the25 pounds, but he has paid in full so my advice to anyone reading this DO NOT let them get away with a thing moneyclaim is absolutely awesome8-)

Hi all i got a cheque for the full amount thru on friday but he has not paid my court costs wich were only 25 pounds but im not letting him get away with this as i have given him umpteen oppurtunity's to pay before legal action was taken, i am entitled to the 25 pounds arnt i as he did not respond to my moneyclaim case

Hi all, i am currently going thru moneyclaim to recover a deposit under the distance selling act in which a retailer refused to return to me after 2 days even though no contracts were signed terms and conditions sent etc, now he will not give me his correct name he has given me 4 names so far saying various people work there,i had to use the company's name on the moneyclaim site as the defendant. they have not responded to my claim within the allocated time limit and i am requesting judgement tomarrow is it going to affect my claim as i am using the companies name,and not the owners name any help would be appriciated
