This is my first post and on behalf of my brother, my brother fell ill in May this year and had "streptococcus pneumonia" and 2 days later of being seriously ill he went hospital and few hours later in ICU and put into a induced coma or heavy sleep docs gave him 25% survival rate, he has recovered fully. At the time he had multiple organ failure had the tube down in his neck for breathing since struggled by self. He got his critical illness insurance around 2005 and the denied his claim today. I was looking on nation wide website and one of the conditions under the list of things the insurance covers is "Kidney Failure - requiring dialysis" which he had which boggles me why the denied claim since he was on the dialysis for quite a while. He is going against the decision because he is clearly covered, so is there any other advice i could give him in this case to help him? Thanks
